The Victoria Neighbourhood Forum is in the process of creating a Neighbourhood Plan for Victoria.
We are delighted to to let you know that the Victoria Neighbourhood Plan (and supporting documents) have been formally submitted to Westminster City Council and are now subject to public consultation under Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
The consultation, launched on Monday 24 March 2025, will run for a period of 8 weeks, closing on Monday 19 May 2025. The plan and other submission documents can be viewed on the council’s website and representations should be made in writing and sent via email to neighbourhoodplanning@westminster.gov.uk or via post to Neighbourhood Planning, Policy and Strategy, 17th floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP. Comments should be provided by 5pm on Monday 19 May 2025. Hard copies of the documents are also available upon request at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London,SW1E 6QP. Please email to make prior arrangements. Following this stage there will be an examination stage which can take around six months. The Council will appoint an examiner to review the Plan. If you would have previously commented on the Plan you are still welcome to comment or even just to provide a message of support for the Plan. If you’d like to get involved with any of the projects the VNF is proposing to take forward, please do get in touch. You can sign up to our mailing list using the form below or email info@yourvictoria.co.uk.
